We love to visit Callaway and Mitchum's place was perfect for a visit! We had 5 adults and 2 children of various ages and there was more than enough room and abilities to fully enjoy the home. Kitchen included needed items to make or serve meals. Bonuses included being super close to the great pool/hot tub, having a full bathroom for each bedroom, one level living, and the community being safe and quiet. We would come back again if with a similar sized group and in need of the space!

We had a wonderful stay during Spring break! The house is spacious, well furnished and right across the pool. Close to restaurants and stores. The kitchen is well equipped, especially kids plates/bowls/cups (we were pleasantly surprised and grateful). Mitchum is a great host and very responsive as well. Would definitely recommend!!!

Well-stocked, (above and beyond) lovely accommodations. Responsive host. Peaceful, enjoyable stay. Great location for visiting Callaway Gardens and other surrounding activities. I would definitely stay again! It was ‘well with my soul’ to enjoy Easter at this villa and in the gardens.

We loved our stay at Mtchum’s villa! The layout was great for our three families who stayed together. It’s a 1 minute drive from Callaway Gardens. We’d love to visit during the summer since it’s location is right across from the pool! Mitchum was helpful when I had questions. Highly recommend!
