The basement level has its own full bathroom with bathtub, as well as an exit door to the backyard. BATHROOMS The main floor and top floor bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms, the basement has a full bathroom with tub connected to the common space, and the main floor living room has a half bath. OUTDOORS 2 full acres of property, not even including the lake setback that gives the area an even larger feel. Please note that, like most Georgia and Alabama lakes, the West Point Lake water level is controlled by the Army Corps. During full pool in the summer, we have 6+ feet of water off the dock. In the off-season, the level is lowered such that boats may not have sufficient water to access the dock.
