The cleanliness of the place is what stands out..As I work in the property sector in the UK..the place is well maintained. The space is another great thing about this place. Nice location…with a 7-11 in the same development….and two giant malls within easy reach. Overall a nice property with very responsive host…kudos and more power…

Most definitely, Margaret's and Donj's place is so far one of the best, if not the best place to stay in Bacolod, especially if you're a business traveller. The location is superb, the room is spot-on and provides a perfect refuge after a day's work. It became my home for two weeks and will unquestionably stay again soon. I recommend this place to everyone.

I really enjoyed staying here. The location was easy to access and close to the mall and within walking distance to the plaza. The place was comfortable, clean, and enjoyable to stay in. Margaret was a great host and even helped answer a few questions after I checked out regarding the products used in the bathroom, which were really nice. I would definitely stay here again in Bacolod.

I came prepared with all my basic needs considering I was staying for a month and I was so surprised that Margaret & Donji made sure we had everything we could possibly need. Being from the US, we do not do well with heat and their cooling unit was amazing. I am so happy that we were able to make this place a home. This will definitely be our go to place whenever we go back to Bacolod every year. We have a lot of family & friends to stay with but this was a trial for us if we can make a home out of it while in Bacolod and it sure did. We will be back every year, for sure! We really enjoyed our stay, the room is fantastic! Easy quick check-in with keypad, very neat & clean, spacious, comfortable beds, with Netflix and mini library to enjoy my time. The location is very convenient to travel around there's 7-11 nearby and Ayala mall with Metro supermart just right across the street. Security staffs is very friendly and polite. Co-host Donj is responsive and helpful with questions. Amazing experience staying, thank you Margaret & Donj.
