Had a great time at Felix's place, especially with its location being near the lagoon and Ayala Malls Capitol Central. The unit was also maintained well and vibe is very homey. Overall, I didn't have a hard time logistically as the hosts were responsive and clear with their instructions. Highly recommended!

Our 2nd stay here and he always go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were quite worried about TV service at the beginning but what stood out the most is he did his very best so we could watch the NFL Playoffs .Hubby was very happy we did not miss the Superbowl this year. Walking distance to the mall,restaurants,spas,salon,government offices etc. Top notch stay,great communication and excellent service.We highly recommend Felix to anyone.

I really enjoyed my stay at Felix's condo. It's a nice and spacious place and its even better in real than on the pictures. Also on a great location opposite the Ayala mall. Felix was also very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommended!
