Spot was very central, in front of the capitol. Good for quick trips or non fussy travelers who only need the basic necessities. Spot was a bit smaller than expected but it's more than enough for 3 people to sleep in to go in and out. I appreciate the complete basic provisions like clean thick towels, toiletries, water, cold AC, and decent number of pillows and sheets. Would recommend for people who want to be central to the city.

Had a great stay at Keren’s place! Will definitely book again when in Bacolod. Loved the hot water and the view from the Balcony.

Unit is close to Capitol, Negros Museum and Ayala mall. Literally few steps from Lacson St. Unit has 2 rooms wc is the best for 2 couples in a group or family with kids. Host is very commendable & available to answer questions. Everything in the post is accurate. Wifi is easy to connect with, fast & always reliable. Unit is close to every 24 hours fastfood and Dunkin!! I’m not sure if mentioned in the listing but there is a pool at the penthouse. Wasn’t able to use it because we’re always outside. Unit is on the sunset side. Lowkey perk? Golden hour is on-point! To host, please add a blackout curtain in the Sala so that the heat from outside doesn’t affect ventilation inside especially in the afternoon. Overall, this place is bang for the buck. When we’re back in Bacolod or Negros we’ll surely be checking in again.

The place was more than what we expected! When we got there, the unit was extremely clean and had an inviting ambiance. The bathroom was also in impeccable condition. The weather was hot in Bacolod but you couldn't feel it in the unit because of the high quality air conditioning systems they had in both their rooms. But what made the stay there even more enjoyable and peaceful are the views you get to have from their main bedroom and living room (especially during sunsets) as well as the building's location (many restos just hear the building!). The unit had all the amenities one would need for a vacation. They even have a swimming pool at the rooftop with a great view of the city! Overall, a 5/5 stay for us! Thank you very much!
