The airbnb was great, we had some trouble with the heating but after a few days it was fixed with the help from Michael. The living room was a bit empty, could do with coat hanger, etc. The airbnb is located not too far from surbiton station. The neighbourhood is really nice and peaceful, not too crowded. There are nearby supermarkets that are quite affordable.

Nice flat, clean and tidy but could easily be improved with a few extras. Namely full length mirror, somewhere to hang coats and a cutlery drawer. No reception for basic free view channels on tv. Lovely bathroom but hot water runs very slowly We enjoyed our stay so these criticisms are intended to be constructive.

Michael was really responsive and really flexible with our booking as we had to leave last minute. The place was exactly like the photos and nice size. The floor hadn't been cleaned and felt a bit sticky but everything else was clean and it's in a fantastic location! The mattresses weren't the most comfortable so be warned if you already have a creaky back. All in all though it's a good flat in a great location for a really reasonable price.

Michael was a great host and very responsive even when we communicated an issue on the 24th of Dec. . Unfortunately, we could not complete our stay due to the mattresses not being a bit too worn down, and as one of my family members had a back injury, we needed better quality. Michael is going to replace this but unfortunately due to the timing of the year it couldn't happen during our stay. But there were no issues in amending the booking, and we got a full refund for the days we did not stay in the property. Once the mattresses are replaced, this will be an ideal spot. Great location, comfortable flat, and a very communicative host.
