Very nice stay and super walkable to all the great spots on 3rd Street and Front Street, as well as to easy viewing of Lake Superior. Despite being on a busier road, the place still felt like a home, and the road noise was minor. The place is decorated quite nicely, and the kitchen is very functional. The memory foam beds are delightful, and we used the washer and dryer often. I brought my almost 2 year old toddler son with me on this adventure, and he loved the walks, exploring the apartment space, seeing the water and, of course, being with his college-age sister. The high chair and pack and play were a nice touch and significantly reduced my luggage footprint. Andrew is a top notch host and was super responsive; I highly recommend this place. We will try to stay there again the next time we visit my daughter at NMU.

Perfect location, very walkable to downtown. The place was clean and very cozy! The fireplace is a nice touch. The only thing we would note is being an older house, the heating system can make some knocking noises at night, so if you are a light sleeper you might have some trouble. We just turned on the ceiling fan and it wasn't too bad. We would definitely stay at Andrew's place again!
