It was a nice comfortable stay. We are glad we had allergy medicine as pet hair was on the couches, towels and smelled of dogs

Great for our group stay and the fenced yard worked well. Convenient to lots of things and well equipped. Porch and grill for good weather.

Our stay in Peoria was lovely. Josh was very responsive and helpful to our family in the midst of the bitter cold front that swept through.

Definitely keeping this place on our fav list. Kids really enjoyed the games & multiple places to spread out. We did bring a folding table for our big meals together or game time. Great for multiple families to enjoy the holidays.
