Please note there is a wooden staircase leading down to the home. CLIMATE CONTROL: Central heat and air CHECK-IN: Guests may check in with a code anytime after 4pm. Please note that past 10pm, our hosting team may not be reached as we are humans and we enjoy a good night's sleep. We kindly ask that you check in before 10pm in case any issues arise. If you are unable to go up and down many steps, then our property is not a good match for you. *All bathing towels and linens provided. PLEASE BRING SEPARATE TOWELS FOR LAKE AND HOT TUB USE. LAKE USE: lake is lowered during colder months During warm months: -Swimming is allowed from our dock -Fishing is permitted, but you will need your own fishing poles and an Ohio fishing license. -We do not have a boat slip available. -Some life vests and kayaks are available for use during summer months (please let me know if you would like to use during other seasons and I can try to have them ready for you) IMPORTANT: -The Vermont Casting Dauntless FlexBurn Wood Stove (RED) downstairs, is for decoration only. Please do not attempt to have a fire in this stove! :) *please and thank you** -We have a 10 adult guest max policy. -All guest count should be communicated to the host prior to arrival. -Apple Valley Lake is a private lake, not open to the public. -Motorized boats are not permitted on the lake. -If we can do anything to make your stay more enjoyable, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. -We want to make sure that all guests have a wonderful Apple Valley Lake experience!
