This is by far the BEST Airbnb ive stayed it. The host communicated well and the space is very private and peace. The check in process was very smooth. Jonatan at the front desk was very helpful and made some great recommendations for food! The location is perfect. There’s a lot of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. You can also rent bicycles to get around and it’s very inexpensive. I had an amazing time. I can’t wait to stay here again!
My husband and I stayed there for a week with our year and a half year-old boy and her eight-year-old boy. It was a phenomenal stay. The Airbnb was clean and it was better in person than we expected! It had absolutely everything we needed. I just wish it would’ve had an extra roll of paper towel and laundry soap. Laundry soap is not provided. Other than that it was absolutely perfect and we would definitely stay here again. The gym was well equipped. I use the sauna almost every day. The staff were fantastic, always greeting us with smiles. This place was absolutely breathtaking the whole property grounds! This smell of the jungle was in the air and it was such a magical experience. Thank you so much for hosting us.
We had a wonderful stay in this perfectly appointed property. Everything we needed was provided with restaurants and grocery close by and within walking distance. The hosts were very responsive helping with transportation and other needs. The onsite staff was also very helpful. They even arranged massages for us in our room. We will be back!
This place was beautiful. As others have said, the gym was very well equipped and the apartment itself was perfect. Pools were also nice. All of the elevators were broken down for the duration of our stay so if you have mobility issues, double check the status of these before booking. It would also have been nice for the hosts to leave a couple of coffee pods or a little detergent for laundry, but otherwise this was a great place with excellent communication throughout our stay.
Great airbnb and great hosts. The complex was beautifully appointed with lots of amenities. The rooftop pool was advertised but was not complete when we were visting-the listing should be updated. However, there was many other pool options and the cenote! Really enjoyed this airbnb it was close to the centre and not far from tulum beach
