The window was open when I walked in floors are sticky, the shower was held together with a hose clamp dirty towels, and a really sketchy area.

Great place to stay for fishing lake Champlain. Had some trouble with the AC for the 1st 2 nights but was resolved.

Didn't get the code for the check-in, so I had to get it from the receptionist at the hotel. The entrance to the room was in the lobby of the hotel, which took away some of our feeling of privacy. Also, the AC was out, which made for a very hot stay! Room was very clean nad spacious.

The desk people were very helpful resolving a concern I had about the hot water. Someone immediately went up to the apartment and run the hot water long enough so that I was satisfied. They were very friendly and invited me to enjoy the complementary breakfast.
