This 2 bedroom home has 2 queen beds, 2 pull out twins, a sofa bed and a futon and will sleep up to 10 and is located on a small park across the street from Lake access and our rocky beach. Sit and relax & read a book on the front porch while enjoying the beautiful view! This little getaway is right across the street from the gorgeous Lake Champlain! Located within a small park you'll you'll have the opportunity to meet other guests or stay in your own space and your stay. You enjoy the peacefulness of a small town feeling while being an hour from the city of Montreal, 50 minutes from Burlington, at 20 minutes from Plattsburgh. If you're looking for nightlife or lots of shopping you'll have to travel but if you want water sports , mountain activities or outdoor adventures this is where you want to be!! The house itself has some low ceilings and doors. The shortest ceiling is 6'5" and the doorways 6'3". It also has a small bathroom and shower.
