Charles was a great host and helped make us accommodations for our boat. There is also a boat launch just down the way for a reasonable fee.

The view was absolutely gorgeous, so peaceful! Thank you for sharing this little slice of heaven with us. The fishing off the dock was incredible. Charles was a very responsive and helpful host. We felt right at home and hope to visit again!

Waters Edge is the most tranquil and beautiful retreat! You can wake up and enjoy your morning coffee right on the outdoor deck while watching the sunrise. Charles, the property manager, was extremely responsive. Communication was top notch! Lots of water activities including a paddle board at the house. The house itself was extremely clean with plenty of towels and sleeping space. Cooled off perfectly at night once we opened all the windows up. Lots of fans. Plenty of parking across the street on the grass. Highly recommend booking this beautiful Lake Champlain home!
