Jennifer is a great host. Access to the kayaks, paddle boards, life vests, and floats made our trip easier and lots of fun. The kitchen was stocked with all dishes, utensils, pots& pans needed. Plus there is an outside grill and hammock. Linens are high quality. We had an inter generational group- everything on one level and easy lake access worked very well for us. Would also be a perfect house for a single family or two couple retreat!

Beautiful location and kind, helpful hosts. We are so grateful to have stayed! Perfect spot for a small group and accessible for pets. We used every amenity we could and loved having enough space to split up or gather together. The dogs and I loved being so close to the beach!! Would absolutely come back!

Our stay at Jennifer’s lake house was nice, I’m from North Hero and it’s always nostalgic and picturesque. Our favorite parts were the gorgeous view, tons of water sport & kids equipment to keep everyone entertained, being able to have our pups with us, and the spacious common rooms. My husband brought up his own fishing gear, and caught a 20 inch big mouth bass! My 7 year old caught a big perch, both just off the dock. There were plenty of towels, both for beach and indoors, as well as lots of fans around the house, and they are adding a portable air conditioner for the hotter months. Jennifer was communicative, responsive to any questions, but never intrusive, a wonderful host!

This place was so cute and they had lots of toys for the kids (both indoor and outdoor). I loved waking up to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach in the mornings. So relaxing. If you do have kids there is only a shower available no bathtub.
