Relax at this shorefront house with incredible expansive views of Lake Champlain and the Green Mountains. Have your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail on the deck, feet from the water or from the large screened in porch. Enjoy the lake while staying in a comfortable, updated home with AC, broadband internet, and smart TVs. Swim off the dock to a swim platform or take the kayaks or rowboat out on the lake. Go fishing off the 48' dock or bring your boat and tie it to the boat mooring. The house has 3 bedrooms, two rooms with king size beds and a bunk room and 2 bathrooms. All rooms have AC , free Wireless Internet ,300+ mbps, and the main living space has split units for AC and heat. Dining table seats 6 people and comfortable living room with smart TV as well as a sitting area off the dining room. Kitchen is newer with regular sized appliances. Screened in porch with table for relaxing or eating outside.

This place is absolutely beautiful - the photos don’t do the lake justice. We had a fantastic time on the lake with the kayaks; it was stunning! The house was clean and comfortable and in a great location. Would love to come back!

Stayed for 4 nights w/ family end of August 2023. Location was beautiful; right on the water. House came w/ everything that you would need. Did day trip to Montreal; only 1hr. and 15 minutes away! Only issue was that upstairs bedroom that had one of the king beds didn't have a door to close as it was a loft bedroom....wasn't aware it was a loft.

This was a perfect space for our group of 8. It was so peaceful listening to the lapping water from the screen porch. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were lots of games, kayaks, etc for everyone.
