Located approx. one hour from Montreal, Canada; 47 miles from Whiteface Mtn.; and only 60 miles from Lake Placid, this property sits right on the shore of Lake Champlain, which affords guests with direct, private lake access. Stress will fade away as you take in the views of the mountains and lake. Enjoy the peaceful sounds of the water from the deck, yard, or right from the lake! Everything you need to escape the hustle and bustle of every day life and to reconnect with what matters most. This newly remodeled home includes a fully stocked kitchen, two living room areas, a dining table, breakfast area, laundry room, mudroom with an extra refrigerator, three full bathrooms with three walk in showers and two bath tubs, and five bedrooms with sleeping for ten guests in beds. The back deck affords guests with stunning views of Lake Champlain and the Green Mountains. Patio furniture to include a dining table and fire pit are located on the deck/patio along with a gas grill to cook up your favorite meal while soaking up the impressive views. There is ample lawn space to enjoy the serenity of the lake, for children to play, and/or to enjoy your favorite lawn game. Take a dip in the lake and rinse off in the outdoor shower. Store your outdoor winter or summer gear in the garage.

Property is located just outside of the famed Adirondack Park and directly on Lake Champlain. The neighborhood is rural, quiet, and residential with quick and easy access to I-87, Vermont, Canada, and/or Plattsburgh International Airport. Nearest convenient store is approximately five minutes away. Nearest grocery store is approximately 10 minutes away. The neighborhood is very quaint and safe. A great place for families to retreat to!
The property is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. There are residential homes nearby. As such, guests are expected to maintain the quiet, good order of the neighborhood. Guests are expected to monitor their noise levels and observe quiet hours from 10p-8a. Similarly, guests are expected to remain on the grounds of the property and not enter into neighbors' properties. Guests may park in the driveway of the home, one car in the garage, and on the street directly in front of the house. However, guests may not park on the street in front of neighbors' properties.
