The house is nice and clean with a great location. However, it was not disclosed that the house is occupied. We received a message just prior to check in that they resided there and the family has things in the garage and closets and were asked guest "don't go into the garage or closets". I had disclosed to the owners that 6 of us were coming for a wedding - We had gowns and suits and no where to hang them - as well as all the other paraphernalia that comes with being a wedding attendant. The refrigerator was full of their food and fruit and bagels were on the counters. The amenities are limited, we were provided 2 bath towels and 1 wash cloth per 2 people in each bathroom, the guest bedrooms did not have any top sheets and we had to message for that as well. In closing, had I known that house described as an "oasis" was occupied and had rough landscaping, I would have never chosen this property. We booked an entire house so that we could relax, stay and eat in - not out

My friends and I stayed at Louis’s place for 3 days, and I must say it was a great experience. The house had all the amenities we needed and was very clean, comfortable and convenient. Louis was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure that we had everything we needed for a great stay. We were in the area for the Coachella music festival, and while the house was a bit of a drive (around 50 minutes) from the venue, it was definitely worth it. The drive was easy and convenient, and we enjoyed coming back to the peacefulness of the house after a long day at the festival. Overall, I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Banning. The house was great, the host was wonderful, and the location was perfect for our needs. Thank you for a great experience.
