Amazing house for family attending a wedding. Clean, comfortable, close to venue and lots of room! Only issues were getting address ahead of time to share with family. Als pop read details! Hot tub and pool are NOT part of the deal. They each have daily charges. Esm was very easy to work with.

When you choose an Airbnb, you choose the entire advertising amenities that the home offers. But we were shocked to see there was a fee to heat up a hot tub. I understand the pool, but the hot tub? We had an idea of how we were going to enjoy the weekend but we couldn’t justify paying $200 for hot tub. The intense smell of pet urine, extremely strong perfumes in the bed linen only masked the smell. Couches all have a lot of crumbs and debris under the couches, embarrassing when trying to arrange the cushions. Huge house and it looks really nice but I would suggest doing a furniture change out or deep cleaning. Multiple people got bit by some sort of bugs in the bedrooms. I had to go buy laundry detergent to wash our sheets because I was itchy and not able to sleep with the intense perfume. Did not feel fresh, just masked. Overall disappointed with the condition of the important things in the house. It looks nice but not clean and fresh.
