Inside the kitchen area is a large touchscreen Samsung refrigerator and large middle island. The additional counter space makes for a comfortable and social setting to prepare meals. Comfortable and easy to use heating and AC that can be controlled from the second floor. Enjoy the games and much more on the second floor for all of your indoor activity needs! Blinds are in all rooms (blackout in the bedrooms) and the large blinds in the living room and in the master bedroom. Driveway allows for two cars to be parked however if more parking is needed street parking is available. House Rules: We have done everything possible for all our guests to enjoy the experience our house has to offer. This comes with key restrictions that will allow us to comply with the City Home-Sharing Ordinance as well as to respect our neighbors and continue hosting without getting complaints: 1. Absolutely No Parties! No smoking INSIDE the space, may smoke OUTSIDE ONLY. Any noise complaints will be grounds to cancel the reservation immediately with no refund. We are equipped with NoiseAware (which measures decibel level inside and outside) and Ring Video Doorbell. L. A. is very strict and we want to make sure we can keep hosting our guests. 2. No amplified music as well as outdoor gatherings after 10 pm in order to respect the peacefulness of the area and to show consideration for our neighbors. 3. The Exact number of people in the house needs to be communicated to the host. 4. Fireplace and candles are decorative only. Please do not put any type of fire on the outside or inside, that are not already designated . We live in a very high fire hazard severity zone. 5. PARTIES AND EVENTS ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED. Please note: A guest that will violate this strict rule, will lose his security deposit and will be evicted from the house on the same night. 6. CLEANLINESS is a high priority for our listings, please respect the house and clean up after yourself. 7. Please make sure to always keep all doors closed to prevent insects and other animals to enter the house. 8 . Fee is Per Animal fee !
