We stayed in Brad’s home as a family of 5 with young children. It was a central location to many of the SF activities we had planned. The floors and bathrooms were clean, and any amenities we needed were provided. Like many homes in SF the unit is older (we weren't surprised by squeaky wood floors and thin walls) but it is well kept and we were comfortable. The basement was colder despite the thermostat on heat, so a portable space heater would have been a nice to have. Overall, we loved the neighborhood and the location was very walkable to restaurants, alamo sq, bars. Thanks Brad!

Enjoyed the location! Super close to everything we were looking for. Lots of accommodation inside the place which was nice. Place was super nice and spacious.

Brad’s apartment was terrific: Comfortable, clean, well-organized, and spotless. A great location, with great ambiance, in a fun neighborhood. The apartment was even better in our view than the posted pictures. And Brad was a gracious, responsive, and helpful host. We hope to stay there again during future trips.

Brad was a great host, flexible with check-in and check-out times. The place was clean and comfortable. The location was great walking distance to many great restaurants and parks. I would stay again if it was available.
