The apartment had a lovely view in a prime location, but the experience was frustrating due to sharing one key and coordinating schedules with my local family. Despite several requests for two keys before my arrival and during my stay, promises were never met. Basic management etiquette needs improvement for a successful Airbnb. Privacy was excellent , the location was perfect, but the pool being closed for the entire trip was disappointing. Management needs to respond promptly and be honest and upfront The master bedroom shower had no shelves and the apartment had an old and dusty smell, but a little Glade candle helped. I would give this listing 3.5 stars overall.
