Ryan , the person in charge of the building during our stay was very friendly and helpful. He showed us around the Oistin Market area and took his time to make sure we were all settled properly. The house was as described. No surprises there. Although Barbados is overall safe, the security around the house is excellent.

During our 4-night stay at Derick's place, we were completely won over. Derick, the perfect host and gentleman, so kind, friendly and helpful, made us feel right at home. Derick's house offers true comfort with amenities like cozy beds, efficient air conditioning, consistent hot water, and strong water pressure. The house itself was cozy, well appointed and very clean. Everything needed for an enjoyable stay is provided. Located in a friendly, quiet and safe neighborhood within walking distance of Silver Sands Beach, and a 5-10 minutes drive to Oistins fish market. Silver Sands Beach, a stunning and surprisingly uncrowded gem, was ideal for late afternoon swims in waves that were just right and a glimpse at the colourful sunset sky. The gated parking adds convenience and safety to the experience. Overall, we loved our stay at the house, our host, and the welcoming neighbors and friends who came to greet us. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Enjoyed my stay here with my family. The unit is spacious, family friendly and clean. The hosts were super responsive and had an answer or resolution immediately to any questions I had. The security is top notch! If you don’t have a rental, they have frequent minivans that will take you where you need to go. Looking forward to my stay here next year!
