Bedroom 1 features a comfy bunk bed, with possibility of an extra trundle bed for children. Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 features a queen size bed and lovely views. The master bedroom features king size bed, stunning panoramic view balcony and ensuite bathroom with bathtub. All bedrooms have access to have access to the upstairs terrace, with an amazing view, perfect for evening drinks or stargazing. Since 2024 we have installed a brand new air conditioning system in all the bedrooms to keep you cool :) With a large, well-equipped kitchen you’ll be able to prepare lovely meals, with ingredients from the local markets and enjoy alfresco style dining in the outdoor dining area or in the inside dining area. The spacious lounge area has multiple sofas and different areas to relax. The villa has multiple outdoor dining areas, by the house or down by the pool area on the decking. We also offer a great barbecue so you can also enjoy cooking outside in the sunshine. The typical Provençale terraced gardens are calm, private and great to relax in. It includes a traditional Boules court, perfect for family tournaments and pre-dinner fun. The large pool and decking area offer both shade and sunny areas, with sunbeds and parasols. Situated perfectly, just outside of the typical French town of Vence, the location is calm, relaxed and perfect for a getaway! Just 25 mins from Nice airport, the villa is surrounded by nature. The local supermarket and boulangeries are just minutes away in Vence, croissants and French baguettes are a much for breakfast. Surrounded by the communal forest of La Gaude, hiking trails and rivers are as close as 10 mins away. Antibes, Juan les Pins and Cannes with stylish boutiques, great beaches and bars is just 40 mins away.
