The accommodation was lovely, Veronica was quick to respond, the only thing was I couldn’t turn the shower on as was really stiff, I have an injured hand so struggled . Also the pub down the alley was open till 2am so was very noisy . Think this was a one off though and not the hosts fault. Perhaps call the pub beforehand to check opening hours at weekends. (Website said 11pm) But the property was lovely and clean . Thankyou

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le logement est très bien situé (plein centre du village) avec toutes les commodités ( superette, parking, pub, restaurant,...) accessibles à pied (pas besoin de prendre la voiture). L'appartement est très propre, bien rangé et décoré avec goût. Quelques détails seraient appréciés (de quoi faire sécher les vêtements humides et un endroit pour ranger les valises) mais le logement est très bien équipé avec de l'électroménager en très bon état. Peut-être un peu cher en haute saison mais nous ne regrettons pas notre choix. Nous vous le recommandons sans soucis, un super lieux à visiter.

1. Difficult to Find. Door not numbered. Check-in details describe key box on right - it's actually on left 2. Kitchen not clean. Crumbs & marks in cupboards. Gunk round base of kitchen tap. Dish brush matted with odd looking grey fluff (Owners: I took photos if you're interested) 3. Water heater faulty- no hot water after day1 4. No control over central heating. Instruction manual said heating came on for a few hours AM/PM when needed, presumably at times they deem to be what you want (or to accommodate their fuel bills?) 5. Broken shower control. The instruction manual says controls are "a little stiff". In fact it was almost impossible to turn the knob. Long past the point for repair/replacement. Control unit pulls away from wall when turned 6. Clutter everywhere. Excessive crockery for 4 people (30 glasses??) 7. Double bed placed side-onto the wall. poor access 8. No response from owner to my feedback

Okay so I’ll start with the good 👍🏻 The Apartment, is beautifully presented and is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and it’s always a bonus to have gas hobs! The internet was good and the smart tv worked well. The shower and bathroom was absolutely lovely! Hot and powerful! So. If you put the address in GGLE maps it takes you to a different building. So we walked around for about 15 minutes trying to find a door with number 1 on that had a lock box. Eventually we found a soo that wasn’t numbered that had a lock box and tried our luck. Thankfully it was the place. So a number on the door would help and some clearer instructions as to where it was would’ve been helpful. For the record it’s a brown door to the left of a blue shopfront called “Hamilton Kerr”. Also we didn’t know, but we didn’t have control of the central heating. With temps getting to low single figures we had to get creative to heat the place. Not on really when you pay so much.

Ideal location and a beautiful flat overlooking the town centre. Reservation was simple with clear and timely instructions and extra attention was given to ensure I was a legitimate customer. All amenities were provided as described.
