The kitchen is fully renovated with custom stone countertops and brand new appliances including an electric stove/oven, an ultra-quiet dishwasher, and a refrigerator. A microwave, toaster, and blender are provided along with plenty of cookware, dinnerware, and an assortment of spices. A coffee maker is also provided along with coffee beans and a grinder for freshly ground coffee. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and a 40 inch TV. Downstairs is a game room with a shuffleboard table, a table for playing cards and boardgames, and record player with an assortment of vinyl records.
