Had a lovely stay in this lovely outhouse! Beautiful location, cosy room and amazing skylight (enjoyed watched planes across the night sky). Amanda was a lovely, generous and helpful host who was quick to respond on all of our enquiries. Great location, and felt very safe. Thank you Amanda!

A great find! We loved our stay at Amanda's cosy annex. The space has been cleverly designed with lots of homely features. The bed was super comfy and it was great to have a peaceful, private place to stay so close to the restaurants and bars of Headingley. It was also a perfect base for a good catch up with my son who is at Leeds Uni. Amanda is an extremely thoughtful, responsive host. On arrival, we found fresh milk in the fridge and a welcome basket filled with indulgent treats and a very nice bottle of wine.

From the start check in was really easy, and on arrival was a welcome basket of goodies with fresh milk in the fridge and the accommodation was lovely and warm as Amanda had it pre heated as we had given her a ETA it was a very thoughtful gesture, the accommodation itself was just what we expected and was clean, light and airy and well equipped, the space has been very well maximised and a lovely shower with great water pressure, the glass roof gives it that extra wow factor looking up into the night sky would highly recommend and will return.

Lovely place to stay for a couple of nights. Very cosy and nice location! The host was very kind, leaving us a welcome package and popping round to say hello when we arrived. We had everything we needed, and enjoyed the local area! Great restaurant nearby called De Baga. Thanks 😊

We had such a lovely stay here, Amanda’s place was amazing! There were so many great facilities everything was spotlessly clean, nice and cozy. Thank you for the lovely basket with goodies in too😊 We will be coming back!
