We will be delighted to welcome you in our studio located in the 18th arrondissement of Paris entirely renovated and tastefully decorated. It consists of a main room, a kitchen and a small bathroom. You will be able to enjoy a pleasant and comfortable place to stay. You will find all the amenities next to it (shops, restaurants, cafes). Ksenia’s place was lovely, when we arrived it was really clean and welcoming. We really appreciated the fan, as the weather was very warm during our stay. The area was really handy for getting out and about round Paris via thé métro as well as walking over to Montmarte.

La communication avec Ksenia a était très claire et chaleureuse. Le studio est confortable, propre et fraîchement rénové. Même la location est fonctionnelle grâce au métro à 3 minutes. Honnêtement bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande!

The studio is located in the Simplon/Jules Joffrin district in the heart of the 18th arondissement. All amenities are available next to the building (shops, restaurants, bars, services, ...)

Attractions around: Montmartre (15 min walk), rue du Poteau/rue Ordener (5 min walk), St Ouen flea market (10 min walk)
Metro : Simplon (Line 4) or Jules Joffrin (Line 12)
Tramway : Porte de Clignancourt (line T3b)
Bus : 56, 85, Noctilien (at night only)
Car : paid parking in the street
Bike/scooters to rent : near the building with the usual apps
