Great little apartment for a punta cana getaway. I highly recommend renting a car if you are staying here! It makes everything a lot easier, and you don’t have to rely on taxis/shuttles. The apartment was clean and had an AMAZING backside pool with bar for food and drinks. Awesome trees and greenery around. We started off needing a couple things fixed during our first couple days, but Dania and the team were quick to tend to our needs and great communication and recommendations throughout- overall a great stay. The nearby hard rock hotel is definitely worth checking out and the two a la carte restaurants there are great too. Thank you Dania and team!
I booked this property because of the numerous five star reviews and having a jacuzzi to hang while my baby napped/slept. When we arrived, we had a hard time getting to the property with security...it took a while to be allowed access. On day two, we had no water in the property for most of the day (to shower, to do dishes, nothing). When finally at the end of the day we got water for the jacuzzi, the jets didn't work. No response or suggestion from the hosts on this specific issue. I even expressed my disappointment from that day and received an automated response about the checkout the next day. In the kitchen, we couldn't have food on the counter because of a crazy amount of ants. On the positive side, the property looked just like the pictures and it was clean and we'll ventilated. The pool is pretty and the beach club is very close by. It was very unfortunate to have such a disappointing experience.
Dania was very responsive and helpful, could not have asked for a better host experience. The space was beautiful and perfectly described in the description. Be prepared for VERY firm mattresses and before going to bed you may want to get a blanket as the beds are made with only a top sheet. Thank you, Dania, for such a great experience!

Cana Rock Star es un condominio privado, muy tranquilo y seguro con guardias de seguridad las 24 horas y alejado de todo ruido y donde estarás en contacto directo con la naturaleza. Es un complejo enorme, donde te aconsejo mejor rentar un vehículo o carro de golf porque las distancias dentro del condominio son bastante largas. Tengo los dos servicios disponibles para mis huéspedes, por favor pregunta por disponibilidad al reservar.
