Lizz’s place is utter magic. Each window shows yet another enticing slice of this rural paradise. The water’s hot, the hospitality wonderful and the bed oh so comfortable. Lizz is so easy to contact. And the breakfast supplies are perfect. Do yourself a favour and book now (but not when I want to go there!).

This is a picture perfect rural location and a beautifully designed, well-equipped, immaculate modern studio space. Big windows of a separate unit attached to the main house by a private covered deck provide stunning views out onto a lovely panorama of rolling hills, the sea, lush lawns, garden, ponds and orchard with a changing & entertaining cast of wildlife & domestic animals (wallabies, bush hens, parrots, swallows, ducks, a goose...). Very comfortable bed & bedding. A small kitchenette with stovetop & BBQ was all we required to prepare simple meals and the generous provision of breakfast items - bread, eggs, yogurt, granola, milk was an unexpected bonus. Woodbridge as a small community was a delight. We were originally hoping to stay on Bruny Island but were unable to find accommodation & instead found Woodbridge, a short drive from the ferry & just went to Bruny for the day. This turned out to be perfect & Woodbridge has lots to offer - really enjoyed coffee & scones at the corner store, an amazing lunch at Peppermint Bay, the amazing Five Bob Cafe, Friday night Doughboy wood fired pizza in the local waterfront park, lovely walks as well as a circle day drive on the Channel Highway. We loved the small town of Cygnet en route! Could not have worked out better for us and we could have happily stayed here much longer. A highlight of our month in Australia!

The studio is private and charming, impeccably clean, with gorgeous views and it's own small deck for enjoying the sea breezes and sights and sounds of life in the country. Breakfast goodies provided were just delicious. It is a great base for exploring this beautiful penninsula--we had a wonderful few days

5 star, an extremely relaxing spot, not far from Hobart and easy to get to Bruny Island. Great views to wake up to, private location. Will be back!
