Perfect house to rent for visiting friends and family in the area. Close to Quinnipiac University and Yale University. 15 minutes to the beach. Few seconds from great food. Large dining table that fits 10, and a great room that sits many! Backyard has a playscape, fire pit, grill, outdoor dining and lounging. Bus stop to New Haven right out the front door.
