Tom's place was perfect for my parents (in their 80s) to come to New Haven to visit their only great grandchild! My wife and I stayed with them and our daughter and son-in-law came to visit. With 2 full bedrooms and I full bath it was exactly right for older folks who avoid stairs. The kitchen was great, clean, well stocked and easy to use. Lots of kid friendly space inside with toys and games. The TV was huge. The only drawback in our stay was the complexity of the Roku, and streaming and all of the ways that TV is so difficult to use, not that is not the hosts fault. The neighborhood is not fancy, though it's close to downtown. Tom is a fantastic host. Right up there with the best Airbnb hosts we've encountered. We will rent his space again.

Our stay was fabulous at Tom's place. Our family ( 6 adults and two kids ages 4 and 9) visited the East Coast and couldn't have found a better-centralized place to stay. We visited New Haven, Boston, and New York while commuting to each location from the house—easy commute to all. The train from New Haven to New York was straightforward and landed us in Times Square. Tom was very communicative and helpful when answering questions during our planning stages. We recommend this place and wish we had more time to explore the area as it has so much to offer: delicious restaurants and nearby shopping. The home was spacious, spotless, and well-stocked, with everything we needed. Tom checked in to make sure our stay was comfortable, and our needs were being met.

Tom was an excellent host and the property suited us very well. Plenty of space inside as it surprises you when you walk in. Communication was excellent and early check in was offered. Close to New Haven and ocean. Would recommend!

Went to this place as 3 families each with 1 small child each. The toys and books provided were excellent and there were lots of family friendly amenities. Overall, we were all very comfortable and had a nice relaxing weekend. Great proximity to New Haven and to Norwalk to go to the Aquarium there. Will definitely be staying there again.
