This is a great place to stay! The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Be sure and try the coffee shop and the market in the same building!

Pros: Beautifully renovated & modern. Every side table has extra outlets. Walkable area. Park right behind the building. Bed was ultra comfy. …until the bedding got dirty & there was no laundry detergent. Raquel ignored multiple messages from me throughout our stay, including asking where the detergent was, until the morning of checkout. A decorative pot was broken in pieces that I notified her of; she never acknowledged. The place is neither cozy nor quiet. The window treatments let in a ton of light at night, & it is incredibly loud when it rains. We also enjoyed the sounds of muscle cars revving late at night & then a dumpster truck emptying a bin at 5:30 a.m. & street sweeper at 6:45 a.m. It’s clean, but the couches are shallow & stiff. The bathroom is stunning, but the hot water starts running out midway through an average length shower. There were 2 K-cups & 4 creamers for our whole stay. Would’ve been better money spent at a hotel. Seems like unfortunately inexperienced host.

Location was perfect, food was amazing at market. Coffee shop was good. Only small issue was no hand towels or soap.

Raquel place was clean, cozy and she was a fantastic host. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area.
