HOME-Areia (Sand) is a house with a laid-back atmosphere, decorated with a little touch of tropical vibes, and some beach details. Right in front of São Roque beach, it is a ground floor house, child friendly, with a large outdoor area, ideal for families. The house is located in the heart of São Roque, know for its magnificent beaches and where you can find several amenities walking distance. The house does not have beach view. HOME- Areia (Sand) can accommodate up to 6 people in two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) and in the living room with a double sofa bed for two people. Living room with TV, ar-condicioning and bluetooth sound column. Free wi-fi. Equipped kitchen with an independent and reserved eletric hob and oven area, providing more safety for children. One bathroom with walk-in shower and a laundry. The house has a large outdoor area where the whole family can take meals, make a barbecue, freshen up in the outdoor shower, soak up the sun, relax and have fun times. For your child friendly holiday, there is has a playroom with table and chairs, play kitchen, chalkboard and several toys. Upon request, the house provides a cot, baby bedding, highchair with tray, eating set, children's stool/step stool, baby bath, toilet seat, children's potty. Although the house is in front of a beach, it does not have beach view as there is a street with a higher elevation between the house and the beach.
