Jill is a great host. Would recommend the property and would stay there again. Quiet neighborhood. Tutbury is true England with a nearby train station that is very helpful.

Crown Cottage is a lovely place to stay. Clean and super comfortable in an attractive and quiet location with lots of places to visit nearby.

Had a lovely stay - the cottage is very comfortable and cosy. Everything was as described, it was super-clean and we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the extra little touches like the welcome cake and breakfast bits! The evening eating out options locally were a bit more limited Sun-Tues, but the Dog and Partridge in the village was open and we also went a bit further afield - can definitely recommend the Meynell Ingram Arms. Tutbury made a great location for exploring the surrounding area including the Peak District and plenty of National Trusts. Jill’s recommendations folder was very useful. Thanks for a great stay! :)

A beautifully refurbished two-bedroom terraced house close to Tutbury High Street. The house has been refurbished and decorated to a very high standard. It has an open plan living / dining area, a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and a good-sized bathroom. There's a nice garden area at the back, although we didn't get a chance to use it. The extensive range of streaming channels on the two TVs was a bonus. Jill was friendly and helpful. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in the Tutbury area, Jill's place is a very good option.
