Mary was a very gracious host and it was easy to communicate with her. The place was quiet and clean, plus we had access to several amenities. Mary gave us recommendations for places to eat in town, which turned out to be so good that we went back the next day. She was friendly and hospitable. It's a great place to stay if you're planning on visiting Anza Borrego. If we ever want to visit Julian again, we would definitely book with Mary.

We loved Mary’s place for our pre-holiday weekend getaway! It was festively decorated for Christmas and we loved our room (The Nest) which feels like a cozy little nook with lots of classic books to browse. Mary is so sweet and even started a fire for us to enjoy in her living room fire place. She’s also an artist and we enjoyed admiring her stained glass art in the front door and her amazing stained glass mosaic bench in the yard. The house is about a 5 minute drive from downtown Julian. Would book again!

My wife and I celebrated her birthday at Mary’s in Julian, Ca. The place was beautiful, clean, and Mary was absolutely amazing. She even started a fire in her fireplace so that my wife could enjoy the peaceful setting of the country. Than you so much, Mary for the wonderful experience. I look forward to booking again with you in the future.

Mary’s place is perfect for a getaway to Julian! Very close to the downtown, nearby activities and other sweet little towns. Mary was very kind and had great recommendations!
