A mini wedding, corporate retreat, bachelor or bachelorette party, a backyard graduation party, a barbecue, a reunion space… whatever DAY event you have in mind, you can use our 2 level, 1,250 square feet barn as well as our 3,000 square feet of outdoor patio space to create lifetime memories. The upper level of barn is a wide open heated and air conditioned space, with hardwood floors and large 78” flat screen smart TV for your enjoyment. This is flexible space that allows you to arrange furniture any which way you want. The lower level of barn is set up as a lounge, eating, hanging out area that comfortably seats 25 on couches, arm chairs and benches. And we can add up to 25 chairs to accommodate up to 50 guests total. You can hold your event inside the barn on one or both levels of the barn or outside on the patio or on the lawn. Or utilized both levels plus the large patio. The entire space is yours to enjoy exclusively. We provide round and oblong tables and chairs for up to 50 guests. We have a 78” flat screen smart TV. Also available upon request are two projectors, two large portable wide screens, speaker system and microphones, a 9” tall, 4 feet wide, 12 feet long lighted stage, plus more (just ask and we can verify if we have what you need available). Plenty of free parking for everyone. You can rent your own tents, catering services, portable kitchens (in addition to the small kitchen in separate unit) & entertainment services. We can make recommendations to all things needed if you'd like. We’ve done many events here for our families, friends and businesses. Here’s an example of how to set up a quiet casual wedding, birthday, company or graduation celebration: We can accommodate up to 50 people comfortably. Here’s how: The dining reception can take place up either on the first or on the second level of the barn. (If on the second floor, note that the caterers, and your guests, will need to come up and down a set of stairs. There is no elevator. This seating set up on the second level will have guests sitting around both sides of 3 elongated tables. We cannot accommodate 50 sitting around round tables because that takes up too much space on the second level. Then the reception and mingling will be done inside the barn on the first level. You could also use the expansive patio outside for reception and mingling and light soft music. What we don’t want is to have loud music being played outside on the patio because this is a neighborhood setting and we do not want to be so disruptive with our neighbors with the DJ/Loud music carrying into the neighbors homes. Inside the barn it is soundproof and louder music is fine; but the music Hass to stop no later than 8 PM We highly recommend that you book for at least two nights, so you have an extra day to set up and clean up for a one day event with you checking in and having use of the space earlier for setting up and the day after for cleaning up. Check in as early as 7am and all clean up done by 10pm. Event must end no later than 9pm. Sorry, we are not accepting night events as this is a family oriented neighborhood.
