巴塔哥尼亚 · 整套民居 · 2室2床1.0卫 · 可住4人 · Cosy House: Gorgeous two bedroom home + great WiFi
Relax and recharge in this comfortable, well-equipped two-bedroom home - and/or work remotely in comfort. Enjoy fast, reliable wifi (rare in this area) and an in-unit reverse osmosis (RO) water dispenser in the full kitchen (also a treat here). Other features include comfortable queen size beds, 100% cotton sheets and towels, shower/tub combo, French press coffee maker, low-scent products, and a desk. Explore the photos and captions for more details, and please be in touch with any questions! Welcome to Cosy House in the corner, a sweet two-bedroom, one bath home perfect for up to four people. Cosy House units are allergy-friendly; we don’t allow pets, scented candles/plugins/incense/etc, or smoking/vaping on the property. While we can't guarantee an allergen-free environment, we do our best to provide a safe and comfortable environment for folks with pet allergies and scent sensitivities. We’ve chosen refillable Attitude brand cleaning and bath products for that reason, and use eco-friendly and low scent laundry detergent. Please be in touch with any questions about how we might be able to meet more specific needs. If you’ve spent time in Patagonia, you’ll really appreciate our excellent wifi and reverse osmosis (RO) filtered water! We’ve invested in a Starlink mesh node for each unit to ensure the best possible connectivity. While Patagonia’s tap water is perfectly safe to drink, it’s ‘hard’ and does weird things to tea - so we prefer the taste of filtered water. Each unit has its own RO-filtered water spigot at the kitchen sink. We are committed to comfortable beds - with no “taco” effect! The queen-size beds in the two bedrooms are exceptionally comfortable: the left bedroom features a soft but supportive mattress, while the bedroom on the right offers a very firm Sealy mattress with a two-inch memory foam topper. Both are made with a medium-weight duvet and two bed pillows each. Two foam contour pillows and extra blankets (one fleece and one waffle-weave cotton) are on the shelves in each room. Both bedrooms include bedside tables on each side, plenty of outlets to plug in your phone, and a chair; the right-hand bedroom also includes a desk. In each bedroom closet you’ll find hangers, a laundry basket, and luggage rack. Our goal in outfitting our kitchens is to provide the things you’ll need without the clutter of the things you don’t. (Feel free to ask about specifics.) Each Cosy House offers a variety of books for you to explore, and a puzzle or two that will fit on at least one of the flat surfaces. Outdoor seating is as pictured in the listing photos. If you travel with a service animal, please note that the two bedroom house does not include an area suitable for service animal bathroom breaks. There’s more to Cosy House! In addition to the two-bedroom house, we also offer a one-bedroom unit and a studio - all in close proximity, great for groups of up to eight people.
This was my first stay in Michelle's two-bedroom unit. It is spacious, has great amenities incl. internet, and Michelle is a responsive host. I will be back next week.
Truly a cozy spot to stay! Michelle was super helpful for a last minute check-in. She was quick to respond and we were able to get there within minutes of contacting her! The place was just as noted and cuter than the photos indicate. Love the vintage vibe and all the built-in cabinets. RO water a nice touch. It was very quiet. Although we arrived at night, we were able to explore the next couple of days and great to be able to walk down to the heart of Patagonia. The bed was comfy and plenty of plush towels and hot water. The kitchen is bright, clean, and loved the dishes! Nice details all around. We would stay with Michelle again.
Nice quiet, comfortable place to stay within walking distance of downtown Patagonia. Everything you need to relax and feel at home during a getaway or extended stay.
Cosy House in the Corner backs up to a short stretch of Santa Rita Avenue, a very quiet street, which means there is very little traffic. Plus, there are no houses across that street - it’s a mesquite-covered hill, which adds to the overall serenity of the area and provides wildlife habitat. Both the kitchen and right-hand bedroom windows have a view of the mesquites.
Parking is easy and free on the street; there are three pull-in spots for regular-sized vehicles on Duquesne Avenue. If you need a second spot or your vehicle is too long for out front, street parking along Santa Rita Avenue is usually available. You’ll be within walking distance of basically everything in town; for example, Gooogle maps estimates four minutes to walk to the Patagonia Lumber Company bar and 16 minutes to the Paton Center for Hummingbirds.
