This place is extremely highly recommended!! Eric is a very responsive, polite and professional host. A lot to do in San Antonio and his listing is very peaceful and a perfect stay. All accommodations are provided if you want to just stay in and relax. Thank you for a fantastic get away.

We loved this place. It was in a great spot that was beautiful, quiet, and safe. The only complaints we had, that weren’t even a true problem, were that parking is a bit difficult behind the house like they requested and you can hear the people in the unit next to you if they make any somewhat loud noise. Thankfully, you can park on the street there so we just started to park in front of the of the house so that problem was null and void.

This was my first stay at an Airbnb and I was not disappointed. Eric was very responsive anytime we had a question and we felt safe and even pampered. The location was also within 15 minutes of the botanical gardens and the riverwalk. There is a designated spot for parking at the rear of the property, but we preferred the on-street parking which worked great. A great place for two to spend time together. Aside from the total eclipse, it was the highlight of our stay.

Our stay here was amazing. My partner and I came to San Antonio for a mini vacation and we were fully satisfied. Eric was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. He even recommended a local pizza place, which was amazing. 10/10, would stay again.

Everything was beautiful and like the photos, the only thing we didn’t like was the pressure of the shower head, way to hard and didn’t have any control of placement. Other than that it was a lovely stay
