Great villa, we just had a wonderful stay. The villa is just gorgeous, the ground it sits on and the pool was just delightful! The staff was super helpful and attentive. Our family loved the stay here. I highly recommend this villa.

The photographs on the page don't do justice to this property. This property is beautiful, every corner tastefully decorated. It's the most serene location to come relax and enjoy your stay. The tree above the pool keeps the pool shaded throughout the day. Each room is unique and every corner is clean. Resha, Xavier and Ramanuj and the chef are awesome, their hospitality is as good as any five star hotel. We came here for a family vacation and they made sure every moment was great. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a good getaway in Goa. Thank you so much !!

Absolutely stunning property. Exactly how you see it in the pictures, the river view is a sight to wake up to. Massive rooms. The staff was extremely helpful - from making great food, to organising transport at a good rate, to making sure we were comfortable throughout. Thank you Richard, Noor and Xavier! I don’t know the lady’s name but she was amazing too. I’d strongly recommend this place!

This was a gem of a place and we had an amazing experience. We went there to celebrate our daughter's first birthday and we couldn't have found a better place for that. At first from outside you might question the condition of the place as its on a very narrow street and slightly remote but as soon as you step in it all changes. The highlight of our stay though was the staff, Resha was the main caretaker and she made us felt like at home. Kaki who made food did such a great job and even the support staff were prompt and courteous . Highly recommended place.

This was a beautiful villa that had something for everyone in the family.. Staring from 10years all the way upto 70. Great hospitality and service from Xavier, Noor and Resha. We would love to be here again.
