Pour 4 personnes maximum Spacious Loft located in the 6th arrondissement on the 2nd Floor of an old and charming Parisian building (or 3rd Floor if you include ground floor). You will be hosted by Stephanie and her co-hosts, Cedric and Jerome. The loft’s living room is overlooking a quiet garden/courtyard. It is quiet and peaceful. The entire loft/apartment was completely refurbished recently by an architect. The apartment is located in a one way street not far from boulevard Raspail. 2 minutes away from a small square. 10 min away from the Luxembourg gardens (“le Luco” as Parisians nickname it) and 15 min away from Saint Germain des Pres church (by walk). Montparnasse train station is also very near (10 min). Grocery stores, cafes, cinemas, theaters and restaurants nearby. Bon marché department store and Grande Épicerie is a 10 min walk from there. Closest Metro station ( line 12 - Notre Dame des Champs) is at your doorstep (3 min away). Montparnasse train station & hub is close by too. Excellent location to discover Paris. Regarding the building itself, it is in an old house from the 19th century where a famous French author Sainte Beuve used to live. 2 bedrooms (a master bedroom and another independent bedroom with a sofa bed). 1 bathroom with fans (temporary out of order update : 23/01/2024) and 1 separate toilets with a little sink. Suitable for little ones (safety plugs). Baby bed and high chair available upon request. Ajustable heaters. Checking in and check out times may be adapted upon request.
