We were four women staying in Paris for 10 days to celebrate the birthday of one of us. Rather than stay in a hotel as we have before, we decided to rent an Airbnb to feel a bit like we were "living" in Paris. The location in Montparnasse was perfect: easy to catch a taxi and close to a Metro station; very good restaurants nearby; easy walking up to the St. Germaine neighborhood, a favorite of ours - although we discovered some very interesting areas of Montparnasse! The apartment was very quiet, comfortable and met most of our needs very well. We were challenged by the winding staircase from the ground up to the apartment - a little difficult to maneuver if one has heavy or bulky luggage. And we did not realize that although there were two bathrooms, there was only one toilet (not the best for four women!). But we managed without difficulty and enjoyed are stay immensely. Alessandra was extremely responsive to my questions, which made coordinating with 3 other women easy!

Hosts very responsive to any questions. Place exactly as described. Provided a video for key access which was extremely helpful! Restaurant suggestions excellent! Les Fauves just around corner with super lamb dish! Went twice. Metro (and train) just across street. But location very quiet! Places very walkable to get lost in local culture. Liked staying in this location instead of central Paris! Extremely safe - 3 codes (and entrances) to get in but super easy! Would do again!

Beautiful apartment with a lot of thoughtful amenities. We enjoyed being near restaurants,cafes, bakeries, shops and east access to the metro.

This place is a gem. Super close to the metro, great bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants super close. Right around the corner to the Monoprix ( grocery store). We could not have asked for a better location to explore Paris with our family. Alessandra was super easy to communicate with and check in with us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this place to anyone who is staying in Paris.

This is the perfect place to stay in Paris if you want to be in a cute neighborhood, near public transportation and have a beautiful “home” for a few days. I especially loved the courtyard and the friendly neighbors that surround the place. 5 ⭐️ s!
