Spacious and quiet bedroom in a great location in Wayne, PA. This is a one bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment owned by the host. The host is generally absent from Thursday evening to to Sunday night. Literally 2 minutes-walk to train station to 30 min ride to Philadelphia and 5 minutes car ride to I-476. Less than 10 minutes car drive to Villanova University and other colleges (Bryn Mawr, Haverford, Rosemont, Valley Forge Military Academy, etc.).

John was a fantastic host. Although the room is basic, it was extremely comfortable and clean. I would 100% return to this place in future trips to the area.
Excellent crash pad for about a week while working remotely and visiting family. John was incredibly helpful and responsive, the place was clean and exactly what I needed. Would definitely stay again!
John is an attentive and respnsive host. The location offers convenience and many shopping options close by. I appreciated the quiet space and privacy I was looking for.
John’s place was very nice. I liked that the price reflected access to the bathroom and bedroom only. Other Air B&B’s offer a bunch amenities I want nothing to do with. I’m in the area to work and that’s it. Nonetheless the unit was much nicer than expected. Over all pics of the room looks basic but after checking in this a very nice condo. Perfect for what I needed.
