This apartment is designed to anticipate and meet your needs: • Vast terrace with dining and lounge area • Prime location: Nestled in the heart of Cernobbio, a one-minute stroll from Villa d'Este. • Mezzanine comfort zone we refer to as "meditation area" • Your front yard is a lush park that creates a quiet space in the Centro First step Upon stepping into Casa Cin, a warm living room unfolds—housing a dining haven, a splendid fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge zone, and a mezzanine enclave for reading or meditation. Sunlight streams through two grand French doors onto the terrace, while a window suffuses the dining area with natural luminance, bathing the living space in daylong radiance. Bedrooms The abode encompasses two double bedrooms, each with terrace access, one of them has a practical courtesy sink. Bathroom Positioned in between lies a charming bathroom, graced by natural light and a spacious shower. Chic decor accents complement the clean lines and modern design, creating a harmonious blend of aesthetics and functionality. Terrace The apartment boasts a sweeping terrace spanning the entire front of the apartment. On one side, a sofa and armchairs create a "summertime living room," while on the other, a long teak table invites al fresco lunches, dinners, and breakfasts amid the park's splendor. Was für ein wunderschönes Appartement! Alles makellos sauber. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Paola hat war sehr flexibel und entgegenkommend in allen Belangen. Alles in allem sehr zu Empfehlen

Really amazing place in the heart of beautiful Cernobbio, we enjoyed it a lot. The apartment is recently renovated, super cozy, sunny and surrounded by green and very-well maintained garden. Also just a few steps away from the lakeshore, restaurants and cafes. Thank you Paola and Giovanni, I’m sure we’ll be back.

Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Deborah hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns mit Tipps versorgt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - die Terrasse toll, der Garten eine Oase. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Casa Cin sehr genossen - vielen Dank!

Absolutely loved the stay — and hoped to stay longer! Perhaps I would make a visit again. Our choice to stay in Cernobbio was a bit of adventure because we did not bring our car. But Paola’s place was very close to Cernobbio ferry station (very pleasant walk as well) and also reachable with buses. Debora greeted us on the day of arrival, which greatly helped find the place. The place was surrounded by fabulous restaurants and a fantastic pastry shop, which are literally two minutes walk. The booklet in her place was full of valuable recommendations, which genuinely helped navigate where to go. Speaking of her place, it was new, fabulous yet cozy vibes carefully designed. On top of that, what I liked the most was the spacious balcony facing the beautiful and tranquil garden that had full blooms of flowers. We had such a relaxing time at the balcony reading books and enjoying the sun. It was indeed one of my favorite experiences with airbnb so far!

VIA LAGO - You can comfortably reach Cernobbio by boat from Como, a journey of just over 10 minutes.
BY TRAIN - If you arrive by train, you will get off at Como Station, which is connected to Milan by Trenord, either to Como Stazione San Giovanni or Como Laghi. From Como, you can reach Cernobbio by local buses, taxi, or boat.
ON FOOT - Como and Cernobbio are connected by a beautiful lakeside promenade that allows you to walk between the two towns. The walk starts from the gardens of Villa Olmo and is approximately 2.5 kilometers long.
BY CAR - To reach Cernobbio by car from Como, you simply need to follow the road towards Cernobbio. If you are coming from Milan, you should take the A9 highway for about 50 kilometers and exit at Como Laghi, which is the last exit before Switzerland.
