Unfortunately the beach gets seaweed on it. They try to clean it but it just comes back rather quickly. Like in a few hours. The pool is fine but nothing spectacular. No heat so at night it’s a little cold to use. During the day it’s fine.

I was responsible to find the airbnb for the 7 of us and all trip we kept saying how amazing Abel’s house is and how we want to come back and stay at the house again. Abel let us check in early, since our flight got in at 7 am and checked on us via airbnb message to make sure we were having a great time/told us to contact him for anything. The master suite on the top level is unreal and the front had an additional gate which made us all feel safe. If you have a bigger group, you can’t go wrong, an extra bed by the kitchen and two big sectionals. Each person was stoked on their bedroom/views from the bedrooms. The initial view walking in is amazing too. Thank you Abel :D

Read carefully our comments which we assume are honest and objective despite our frustration: + the villa is consistent with the photos: large, clean and bright. - Noisy (the adjective is weak) On the right: a village hall where Mexicans celebrate weddings and other parties.. Be ready every 2/3 days to experience the "fiesta" until 2 a.m. On the left, a villa fully equipped with a professional sound and light system. If you like techno parties from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. the next morning 2 to 3 times a week, you will be served. 6 parties over 10 days of stay and we therefore decided to leave earlier the villa to spend the last 2 days in peace.. - FORGET relaxing on a beach and swimming in the sea where sargassum and rubbish accumulate (see video). No cleaning by the owner. - east orientation and very windy - swimming pool cold - basic outdoor furniture - no deck chairs - missing basic kitchen accessories: broom, small spoons ... Of course the owner knew nothing about the neighborhood...

Everything was wonderful. The location was awesome right next to all amenities. The house was very spacious. The pool was wonderful. The house was close to all of the activities a little way from town but we had a rental car but for Excursions the house was in marketing distance. The ad says three bathroom, but it really has five. also have four different bedrooms. I thought the house was wonderful would go there again. House was sick, but he did make sure we was taking care of. Thanks, Abel.

Abel & Lorena were excellent hosts. They responded within minutes to any questions we had and were extremely helpful for local attractions and transportation for our stay. The house came as advertised but was better in person and made our stay quiet enjoyable and relaxing
