En general es un buen lugar si vas con muchas personas, el aire acondicionado de la cocina no funciona, algunos detalles como que el agua de la alberca no tiene calentador y lo que nos dijeron fue que no se necesitaba porque hace calor, y cositas minúsculas.

Martha’s Villa far exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect for our large family away from the wild and crazy downtown but close enough to enjoy the nightlife and other beaches!! A rental car is very helpful but the taxi cost wasn’t too bad. We took the ADO Bus to Cancun from the airport then took a cab to the Villa. David, the caretaker is very sweet and helpful…. It was nice having him on the premises. My family enjoyed our stay immensely and would highly recommend Martha’s Villa if you are planning to stay in Can cummings with a family with adult children and a few kids!!’

We had a great time, probably a memorable time there. Everyone had plenty of space and the kitchen and dining room was big enough for us all. The breathtaking views of Isla, and Oceanview was beautiful! definitely worth it! Thank you Martha!
