色々な国でairbnbを利用していますが、Thikshanさんのホスピタリティは世界一でしょう。 立地もよいのでどこに行くにも不便は感じませんでした。周辺は治安も良く、ニューヨークにしては、静かな場所です。 世界一の物価であるニューヨークで宿泊費を抑えて、滞在を楽しみたい方にはお勧めです。 また、宿泊したい宿です。

Super reasonable airbnb I think. Easy to get to the downtown and easy to get to almost every travel site. The bed room and the bath room were small and here is old apartment, but it didn't matter for me. I was very satisfied to get this good site. And almost essential things are prepared. The host is super super kind and he helped me a lot. He always contact very very quickly. Lastly, I think the neighborhiod is also perfect. Good trasportation. And the police station is quite close to here, I always felt safe while I went back to the airbnb. If you want to travel to New York City with reasonable price, also if you are satisfied with basic facilities, I highly recommend here to you. It was a fantastic trip to New York! Thanks to the host.

Great little place to stay for a week. Thikshan is very nice and friendly. Bed is comfortable, AC in bedroom works well, great wifi so I could have a few video calls for work from the room. I especially appreciated that when my flight arriving to NYC was cancelled then I was on standby for a redeye, Thikshan was very kind and said it was ok I’d be arriving at a terribly early time. He even texted me to check I had landed ok and woke up when I arrived to show me around the apartment, which was above and beyond for a host in my opinion.
