Philip place was wonderful we loved the pond we went fishing there ..We caught decent amount of fish and we released them back ...walking in the wooded area and hiking was beautiful and so peaceful...They also supply free firewood at this cabin which was awesome and very helpful for our trip..We went for our anniversary they left a card on the table wishing us best wishes for many more years to come that was very thoughtful ..The cabin was very peaceful and felt right at home ...We will definitely be returning again when we come back to Hocking hills I loved the place.

This cabin was very nice for two people. It was very clean on the inside of the cabin as well. I will note that whatever solution that was used to clean the floors, left the floors incredibly slick, whether you had shoes socks or barefoot, you almost fall throughout the cabin. I would also like to mention that the floors are extremely warped. There is a spot in the middle of the cabin between the bathroom and bedroom where there is a hump in the floor about 3 inches taller than the rest of the space. Overall the cabin was very nice.

I loved the little stay in the cottage it was so nice for an extended weekend getaway, there's nice trails around the place if your don't want to go explore what else Hocking has to offer so that's a plus! super responsive and the host was great during check in super energetic and positive will definitely recommend to family and friends and will stay again if I'm in the area !
