You enter the hallway and to your left is the Master Bedroom, tastefully decorated, with a large King size double bed, huge double wardrobe and chest of drawers, 26" TV with streaming services. Views from the rear up towards the downs over the courtyard and slight sea view to the side. Also off the hall to your left is the bathroom with raindrop shower and the second bedroom with twin raised beds and storage with a sae view to the side. The highlight of the home is to your right, all newly renovated in Spring 2023 the kitchen/dining/living area is stunning. Not only is it light and bright but it is complimented with the large bay window having garden and sea views out to the channel. The Cinema-size 72” TV has SMART streaming services and large comfortable 'Chesterfield' Sofas to accommodate all guests. We also have games etc. You will find the kitchen fully equipped , we hope we have thought of everything for you to enjoy your stay. The outside space at the side of the building is communal so you can sit on the bench and enjoy the views. You are able to park on the driveway at the top by the building , please ensure you do not block in any other residents.
