Fantastic stay at the Hideaway for a Coastal getaway, Bonchurch and Ventnor were lovely to explore. Great location and friendly locals! Lucy was quick to respond when we had a query and the hideaway had everything we needed for our stay. Only downside was the Wi-Fi stopped working for our last day or two, and there was no mobile signal due to the rural location. We would love to visit again in the summer to make the most of the view from the garden deck!

Property was exactly what we needed - close to town, log burning fire, well equipped kitchen. Make sure you have a well behaved dog that’s used to not jumping on the furniture as it’s very strict around these rules - we brought our crate with us for ease around this (medium sized) and there was plenty of space under the stairs for it despite being a small cottage! Underfoot heating in the bathroom was a life saver - was quite cold and wet whilst we stayed! The only downside was that the property isn’t as secluded as it feels from the pictures and is part of a wider community of holiday lets. The property itself doesn’t benefit from any views - apart from the neighbours garden which was a shame as the sea views from outside were fabulous!

A great place for us 2 and our 2 dogs ! Felt straight at home and very comfortable. Ideal location for dog walks and so close to beach. A lovely chillin weekend
