Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Kaitlyn's place. The property looked exactly like the photos and was cute and spacious. Our fur babies really enjoyed playing in the backyard and we liked how close the property was to the beaches, the grocery store, restaurants, Washington Street Mall, and the lighthouse (within 10-15 minute drive). The property is located off a busy road, so depending on the time of day it can be a bit noisy, but during the night it was quiet. Check-in and check-out were extremely easy, and Kaitlyn was very responsive.

Previously stayed here August 2023 & lovely stay! House excellent, hosts responsive. Booked again for children's Fall Break. In touch w/ host leading up to arrival, including morning of our departure. 2/3 of the way there host messaging me: Utility pole hit earlier that week (no house WiFi/t.v./heat - area heaters available). Stopped driving, on phone w/ host to figure out what to do; obviously, I'm upset w/ 4 children+dog, hearing this an hour from arrival, & little boy wanting to watch Eagles game. Was first offered cancelation and refund - no. Eventually, after talking, was offered refund of what hosts make on the stay (I pay Airbnb fees+cleaning fee) + we could use t.v. at another house; was offered that house, but too small for our family. Next day, Xfinity at house for a couple hours. Day after, two people arrived; said 1 was owner, 1 ins guy. Called Katie: I didn't want to let strangers inside. Still great house, alot going on. Tried to be understanding. Willing to try again.

Great stay for a weekend away in Cape May. We were able 10 minutes from the beach and had a lot of local wineries/breweries and restaurants near by. Would stay again!

Great stay! Dog loved the big yard. The house is really cute, clean, roomy and perfect for what we needed. Had a wonderful time. Kaitlyn was always helpful

Our family with 3 small kids (6, 3, 1) very much enjoyed the ample room and the comfy furniture. The kids loved the bunk bed room. Place is perfect, simple and homey.
